2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
250 g fresh cream
30 g Parmigiano Reggiano
salt, pepper q.b.
Line 4 individual molds of 10 cm with the pastry crust pulled up to 1 mm, skip the spinach in a pan with a knob of butter, fill the molds.
