INGREDIENTS

500 ml milk
500 ml cream
120 g butter
120 g flour
200 g mushrooms
4 eggs.
Salt and pepper q.b.
Chopped parsley q.b.
Nr 1 clove of garlic

300 g butter
150 g grated Parmesan cheese
260 g flour 00

For the filling
